Ike the alligator is enjoying the remainder of the summer!

Sep 12, 2024 | Cape May County Zoo

Ike the alligator is enjoying the remainder of the summer! As fall approaches and the weather gets colder, he will be moved into a heated habitat in the Reptile House, as will the other outside reptiles. Since he is able to tolerate the cooler temperatures, he gets to supervise the other ones being moved first. But rest assured there is still time to say hi to all our outside reptile friends! We usually start the moving process in October, depending on the weather! 🍂
