Meet Jacob Powell, our dedicated dock hand since May. Hailing from Mantua, NJ, and a Paul VI High School grad, Jacob chose to work at SJM for his love of boats, fishing, and the outdoors. His favorite part of the job is meeting new people and learning about life while treating everyone with respect.
A memorable moment for Jacob was the Jason called Jacob “Josh” and Jacob called Zach “Nate”, not realizing the mixup until the end of their shifts🤦🏼. Outside of work, Jacob (or Josh 😂) is an avid hunter and fisherman. He loves relaxing on his boat during sunsets or fishing at the canyons. When he’s not on the water, he enjoys spending quality time with friends and family. 👌🏼
Jacob’s enthusiasm for the outdoors and his friendly demeanor make him a great fit at SJM. Say hello next time you see him and even trade some fishing stories. 🎣
