We’ll be serving up piping hot chicken béchamel lasagna, and we want to hear what you think is its perfect pairing! Typically a light, crisp white or a tart rosé is recommended to cut through the richness of a dish like this; to say it can’t be enjoyed with a bold red just wouldn’t be fair. When it comes to pairings, there are tried and true – but also, when it comes to food and wine, there really are no rules. Drink what you like! 🍷
