🎉Happy National Chinchilla Day!

Did you know chinchillas are an endangered species? Although chinchillas have become common household pets, wild chinchillas have been placed on the endangered species list due to habitat loss and exploitation. Today, the Association of Zoos and Aquariums has designated chinchillas as a SAFE (Saving Animals From Extinction) species with the goal of aiding the Chilean Government in recovery and reintroduction plans for the chinchilla.

Willow, the chinchilla, appreciates your love and support!
