IPA brewed with both malted and flaked oats. Hopped in the kettle with El Dorado and dry hopped with experimental HBC1019. Fermented with a new-to-us English strain. Luxurious and plush in texture, weโre picking up swirls of peaches, honeydew, coconut and orange; that somehow are performing together in manufacturing a little spotlit pineapple sleight of hand.
