MAGNIFICENT DESOLATION
Named to honor Buzz Aldrinโs description of the Moonโs landscape, and famous first words upon disembarking the lunar lander on July 20th, 1969 โ this is an Imperial Stout. Brewed with a cluster of specialty grains and flaked oats, we conditioned it on toasted coconut and fresh and aromatic Madagascar vanilla caviar. With a nose and first sip like a still-warm macaroon delicately laced with feathery chocolate shavings, soft notes of bready bourbon remain on our tongue. Even after itโs made way deep into the void of our gullets, our senses remain totally eclipsed with waves of these rich and complex flavors. (9.1%)
WHY ARE MY DREAMS SO LOUD?
IPA brewed with oats and hopped in the whirlpool with Ella. Its dry hop additions of Eclipse (previously known as HPA-016) and Galaxy invoke lucid dreams filled with pineapple rings, lychee, and lying downwind a pile of freshly-shaved lemon stuff. Tupac had it right: โReality is wrong. Dreams are for real.โ (6.9%)
