This is a Belgian Witbier brewed in support of NextGen30, a local non-profit that “exists to perform 30 acts of kindness annually in the communities that Genevieve Farnan loved, prioritizing the health and education of young people in the Cape May County community.” Brewed with pilsner, wheat and oats, this one was designed and crafted specifically as a signature beer featured at their 11/17/23 fundraising event at Carney’s down on Cape May’s beach block – because we hear this was Genny’s favorite style of beer. Hopped gently with Hallertau Mittelfruh with late kettle additions of coriander and orange peel, a nose of some kind of lemon/orange hybrid tree fruit leaps out to greet you. Crisp, ester-driven and crushable. (4.8%)
