Aged more than 4 years inside our on-site rickhouse, then rested in 53-gallon, brand new, charred American Oak Barrels, Captain Cornelis Mey’s Atlantic Bourbon is one of our most-loved signature spirits.
This bourbon started right here on our 60-acre preserved coastal farm over 4 years ago. We ground, fermented, and distilled the grain on-site. The majority of the corn we used in the making of this spirit was grown and harvested right here from our Nauti Spirits farm as well! Our Rye and Malted Barley come from our close neighbors at Rabbit Hill Farms, located in Shiloh, NJ, and our barrels are sourced from Kelvin Cooperage in Kentucky.
