ATTENTION PLEASE, IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOLLOWS:
Here we go again! We’re sorry that whatever the MV Delaware is afflicted with is contagious; she gave it to the MV New Jersey.
Our team of marine experts, engineers, and other specialists, including shamen who bring unique perspectives, are working diligently to diagnose and treat both vessels.
The MV Cape Henlopen will sail with a modified schedule on Monday, June 3, 2024, as follows.
Sailings for Monday, June 3, 2024:
From Cape May: 7:00 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 2:30 p.m., and 6:00 p.m.
From Lewes: 8:45 a.m., 12:15 p.m., 4:15 p.m., and 7:45 p.m.
**Please note that if your sailing is impacted by any changes at any time, Customer Service will contact you via email or other preferred method with details.
Now, the public service portion:
* Customer Service will contact you if any changes to our schedule impact you. You may also reach out to them via email as, at this time, due to extremely high call volume, you won’t be able to get through. CMLF Customer Service email: [email protected]
* If you are a foot passenger, you can take any of the listed sailings tomorrow by arriving at the appropriate terminal at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure.
* We, in fact, have three Vessels. Two are not sailing due to mechanical issues. Safety is our top priority.
* NO ONE will be on the two vessels that are not sailing unless they are working on repairing them.
* Refunds – please email customer service on this topic, [email protected].
* We allow foot passengers even after the vehicle limit is met, as we have two decks above the car deck, a lido bar, sometimes live bands, and plenty of space.
* The Tater Tots are really good. #justsayin
