This version of our BFC is our most elegant yet as we reach for the perfect balance of fruit texture and oak. The batch is aged and fermented in 40% new oak for 10 months and undergoes minimal malo lactic fermentation, which leads to a brighter fresher wine. We look forward to sharing it with you!
