Big news from Delaware!

Today the Service officially dedicated Bombay Hook National Wildlife Refuge’s new visitor center to U.S. Senator Thomas R. Carper, a true champion of Delaware’s wildlife and natural lands. Senator Carper, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Deputy Director Siva Sundaresan and Northeast Regional Director Wendi Weber gave inspiring remarks before unveiling the new sign.

Special thanks to Jeremy Johnson from the Delaware Tribe of Indians for the beautiful Lenape blessing.

Come and explore all that this incredible coastal refuge has to offer!
