New Jersey Audubon Watershed Restoration and Community Empowerment Program is just what you need. Created to help organizations build capacity and create plans, this regrant program from the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation is seeking projects from smaller organizations who have limited capacity to apply for large federal grants.
