Friends and family celebrated the life of local legend Harry “Buzz” Mogck at The Beach Shack & Rusty Nail on Thursday, Aug 1. Buzz passed away on June 23. He transformed the Cape May Beach Patrol, which he served for 50 years, most of it as its leader.
