Got BROWSE? 🌿

Many zoo animals, like the watusi cattle, get browse on a regular basis. What’s browse? It’s leaves and branches from shrubs and trees! Stymie, pictured here, is eating sweet gum. Keepers have a list of browse that is safe and non-toxic for the zoo animals. Each animal at the zoo has its own favorite browse species! Favorites include willow, grapevine, pear, olive, and knotweed. 😋
