Jilly is a Holstein cow and the official Guest Greeter at the zoo. Although we call her a cow, she is actually considered a heffer because she has never given birth to a calf. Jilly loves greeting guests, catching the petting zoo food in her mouth👅 (watch out for that slobber💦), hanging out with her goat friends🐐, and eating HAY!
