Happy 12th Birthday, Leeloo! 🥳

Leeloo is a common marmoset, a tiny monkey species endemic to Brazil. They are gummivore insectivores, which means they primarily eat tree gum and insects! Leeloo liked neither of these things when she arrived at the zoo, but she has since learned they are super tasty! Although she was a little timid at first, she readily pushes her friend, Nico, out of the way to receive snacks from her keepers! 😄
