Happy 16th Birthday, Bean! 🥳

Bean was the first ring-tailed lemur born at the zoo! He’s now 16 years old and as handsome as ever. He lives with his mom, Lily, and younger brother, Tres. Ring-tailed lemurs are endemic to Madagascar, along with over 100 other species of lemurs! Lemurs are the most endangered mammals on Earth, with 95% at risk for extinction. We hope that by seeing Bean, and his troop, you’ll be inspired to help protect these unique mammals!
