Happy 21st Birthday, Gretta! 🥳
Gretta is a mare in our Grant’s zebra herd. Herds usually consist of one stallion (male), several mares (females), and recent foals (offspring). Gretta was born here at the zoo and likes to hang out with the oldest mare, Gracie. Gretta has given birth to two female foals – Zuri in 2020 and Stormy in 2022.
