Happy 4th Birthday, Jenga! 🥳

Jenga is a red kangaroo, the world’s largest species of marsupial. Red kangaroos are endemic to Australia and are incredibly tolerant of the hot, desert climate. Their dense, wooly coat protects them from both hot and cold weather. Jenga came to Cape May from Lehigh Valley Zoo in 2022. He is the largest kangaroo in the yard and spends his day surveying the area and ensuring it’s safe for him and his mob. In his downtime, he enjoys puzzle feeders and boxing practice with his buddy Regis. His favorite place in the yard is Kangaroo Korner next to the cheetah habitat.
