Oral health is important for animals, too! In fact, the lemurs are learning to let the keepers brush their teeth. This is Thea’s first time with a toothbrush and keepers desensitized her to it by smearing a little banana on the bristles! Thea licked it off and got used to the bristles touching her mouth during this training session with her zookeepers. 🍌
