Happy World Turtle Day

Protecting habitat for the federally threatened and state endangered bog turtle is one of the many ongoing projects NJ Audubon is involved in.

This tiny but tenacious reptile is NJ’s official state reptile and has been making a slow but steady recovery in New Jersey thanks to NJ Audubon’s conservation efforts.

On this World Turtle Day please support NJ Audubon so we can continue to protect habitat for wildlife like the bog turtle.
