Happy Zookeeper Week: Meet Our Education Team! 🦉🦔🐍🐢
Our team cares for our 33 Ambassador Animals that are essential for connecting people to wildlife. Our day is a chaotic balance between animal husbandry and education, and we love it. Sharing our animals and all of their amazing adaptations and fun facts with the public is super rewarding. We are also responsible for designing, booking, scheduling, and executing all education programs, zoo camp, and animal encounters in the zoo. We recently relocated our department to ACCC and are proud of the new Dr. Alex Ernst Memorial Education Center.
