Last month the Garden State Wine Growers Association’s Women in Wine hosted a wonderful workshop at Auburn Road Vineyard & Winery Road. The event was called “Sharpen Your Senses: A Workshop on Recognizing Common Aromas and Flavors in Wine”, and was led by Dr. Beverly Tepper to explore senses, improve wine tasting skills, and apply these findings to examples of New Jersey wines.
