Little joey’s eyes are OPEN! 👀
Wallaby mum, Darcy, gave birth on September 18th. The joey was the size of a jelly bean, and she immediately crawled up into mum’s pouch. Now, at 159 days old, she has grown significantly and her eyes are now open! She is busy nursing and staying warm. She won’t leave the pouch until she is around 190 days old, so stay tuned!
