Meet Amanda Baxter, Our Irene Adler/Hudson/Drebber!
We’re thrilled to introduce Amanda Baxter, who is making her Cape May Stage debut in the roles of Irene Adler, Hudson, and Drebber in Ms. Holmes & Ms. Watson – Apt. 2B.
Amanda is a New York-based actor with a rich background in theater. Off-Broadway, she has appeared in productions like Stupid F**king Bird and Major Barbara at the Pearl Theater Company. Regionally, she has taken on iconic roles such as Desdemona in Othello and Florence in Chess. Amanda’s training includes the Moscow Art Theatre School, and she holds a Master’s in Classical Acting from the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art (LAMDA), where she performed as Hamlet under the direction of Michael Attenborough.
Amanda is excited to bring her talents to Cape May Stage and is grateful to Director Roy Steinberg, the cast and crew, and the entire community for this opportunity.
