NATURE WALKS START THIS SATURDAY, APRIL 13!
Did you know Shadbush is called “shad” bush because the small tree blooms when the shad fish swim up the Delaware Bay to spawn in the Delaware River? When the tree bloomed, fishermen knew it was time to ready their nets. To learn more about the surprising wonders of Nature please join us on our April Saturday Nature Walks @10:00 am and 2:00 pm. Walks are FREE and meet at the Park Visitor Center (Office).
