🚨 The Middle Thorofare Bridge / Two Mile Bridge is closed ! ‼️
Hi all – Just received word from County that the bridge is closed to vehicle, bikes and pedestrian traffic due to to a motor failure that could not be repaired.
The bridge is in the fully upright position to allow commercial vessels through.
There is no time line on reopening at this time. It could be an extended period of time.
If you plan to travel south from the Crest through Diamond Beadh toward Cape May, Lower township, and the Garden State Parkway (or north into Lower and Wildwood Crest) you will need to drive around / take alternate routes.
