If you have been to @bellavidagardencafe you know we take great pride in using high quality ingredients- with that in mind our restaurant has moved away from cooking/sautee any food in highly processed seed oils. Seed oils and many other more processed oils are poor quality and have shown to negatively impact our health. @bellavidagardencafe we want to serve delicious food, but also foods that nourish our bodies. If you have ever worked in a restaurant you know this is not an easy switch, BUT for us it has been a top priority.
