Sea to Table : Soft Shell Crab Edition 🦀
Soft shell season is in full swing. This is just a glimpse of what goes on behind the scenes of shedder crab fishing. We harvest our shedders locally and bring them to @hhseafoodnj to continue the shedding process. The soft shells are then brought to the crab house where we deliciously prepare them for you!
