This brand new North Jersey winery is Morris County’s first farm winery, located inside of Stony Hill Farms. Rebel Sheep’s history dates back to 2021, when the best apple harvest to ever grace New Jersey left our newest winemakers with an abundance of fruit at the end of the season with no place to go. Alas, wine was created!
