The Olde Cape Lighthouse Questers Chapter #1212 based in Cape May recently donated to NASW to help fund the replacement of a 16-pane window. If you have been to historic hangar #1 or even seen photos, these windows comprise the upper section of the hangar doors. The Questers preserve and restore historical landmarks and artifacts from the past to benefit the future. Chapter #1212 was searching for a worthy local project when they reached out to NASW. The Questers then applied and received a grant from the New Jersey State Questers organization on behalf of NASW. Both NASW and the Questers plan to apply for a second grant to replace another deteriorated window on the hangar’s west side.
