We have now harvested 3 varietals from our estate vineyard! Each has produced 2 tons of fruit: Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, + this week’s Chambourcin!

• 1 ton fruit = 160 bottles
• 160 btl /12 btl per case ≅ 13 cases
• So 6 tons fruit = just under 80 cases from #Harvest2023 so far!
