Wednesdays are for the warblers – comment your recent sightings!
This stunning chestnut-sided warbler made an appearance at Moosehorn National Wildlife Refuge earlier this year. Spring is an ideal time to observe migrating songbirds whistling through the woods at national wildlife refuges throughout the northeast. Songbirds are most active about an hour after sunrise, and “waking up with the warblers” is a great way to spend your morning.
