We’re going to have a post-harvest party this Saturday afternoon as the vineyard finally gets to rest for the winter! 🍷 We’ll be feasting from the grill, enjoying local wine, and kicking back to the tunes of Joe Novak and friends (Saturday & Sunday)!
Ron Wenger (our friend from Tasting & Tours, and chef at Harpoon’s) will be whipping up a delicious batch of chicken over charcoal in a mouthwatering butter and vinegar sauce, and infused with our estate grown Pinot Grigio. The chicken will be prepared using the Chicken Flipper grill from Meadow Creek – check out this awesome appliance in action!
